IZGD/legal-platform
A practice-management platform reshaping Mike into a tool for French law firms - dossiers, mail triage, and government legal sources in one place.
This is a fork aimed squarely at the French legal market. IZGD has taken Mike and rebuilt the experience around how a French cabinet actually works: matters become dossiers with client names, dossier numbers, and matter types; the navigation is organized around a Cabinet/Production structure; and the interface is in French throughout, re-skinned under a house design system called "Bridge Balance."
Most of the work clusters into a few clear bets. There's a connected-office story - Google Workspace for email triage and live calendar - and a connection to French government legal sources through Légifrance/PISTE, with an audit trail attached. On top of that sits a layer of legal-practice tooling: a dossier activity timeline with client-recap and agenda views, plus a set of ready-made assistant workflows for things French firms do every day, like GDPR compliance and drafting a mise en demeure.
We don't have identity signal beyond the handle IZGD, but the direction is unambiguous: this is a localized, integration-heavy product for French legal practice, not a generic chat assistant. If you want to see how deep it goes, the GitHub repo is worth a click.
What's in it
- Dossier timeline & client recap A unified activity timeline for each matter, surfaced through a client-recap view and a dashboard agenda feed so a lawyer can see what's happened and what's next.
- Google Workspace integration Connect Gmail and Calendar for one-click email triage and a live calendar, bringing the daily inbox into the platform.
- Légifrance / PISTE connector A connector to French government legal sources, wired into the assistant with an audit trail so source lookups are traceable.
- Bridge Balance rebrand & French UI A full re-skin under a custom design system, a brand reference page, and a French-language interface throughout.
- Cabinet-shaped dossiers Matters carry French law-firm metadata - client name, dossier number, matter type - and the navigation is reorganized around a Cabinet/Production structure.
- Ready-made French legal workflows Seeded assistant workflows for common firm tasks: contract analysis, fraud-case summaries, GDPR/RGPD compliance, and drafting a mise en demeure.
