hordruma ↗ analysis ↗ GitHub hordruma/mike
A near-parity fork of Mike whose one visible thread is keeping Google Workspace connections alive past their first hour.
This is @hordruma's fork of Mike, and right now it sits almost exactly where upstream does - there's no meaningful divergence to speak of yet. If you tried it today you'd essentially be running Mike, with one piece of work in flight that hints at where @hordruma's attention is: making Mike play nicely with Google Workspace over the long haul.
That single thread targets a real annoyance. @hordruma is proposing to fix the connections into Google Drive, Gmail, and Calendar so they don't quietly stop working after the first hour. The setup authorized once and then broke the moment its short-lived access ran out, which made those integrations unusable for anything beyond a quick session. The proposed fix is to keep the connection refreshing itself.
Beyond that, there's little to read into. We don't know much about @hordruma except the handle, and the direction so far is narrow and practical rather than a rebrand or a new niche. If you care about Mike talking to Google Workspace reliably, this is the fork to watch - click through to GitHub for the specifics.
