bidrl/mike
An early fork of Mike from bidrl, laying the first plumbing to wire it into external AI tools and data sources.
This is bidrl's fork of Mike, and right now it's a single step off the trunk. The one piece of work here is backend groundwork: bidrl has started wiring in support for the Model Context Protocol, the emerging standard for letting an assistant reach out to external tools, data, and services in a structured way.
There's no rebrand, no new product surface, and nothing a reader would yet see if they tried it. What you're looking at is intent, not a finished feature. Someone on bidrl's side is setting up the connective tissue Mike would need to talk to systems beyond itself.
Beyond the handle, we don't have a read on who bidrl is or what legal niche they're chasing. If you want to know where this goes, the GitHub repo is the place to watch.
What's in it
- Groundwork for tool and data integration bidrl has begun adding support for the Model Context Protocol, the connective layer that lets an assistant reach external tools and data sources. It's plumbing, not a shipped feature yet, but it signals where they're pointed.
