foolish-bandit makes Gary stop faking its error messages

When a feature isn't wired up yet, Gary now says so plainly instead of telling you to try again.

chat-uibranding

Most of this update comes down to one honest decision. Where Gary's review, drafting, and chat tools used to fail with a vague "couldn't start, try again" - the kind of message that has you clicking the same button five times - they now tell you straight that the feature is waiting on a backend connection that hasn't been switched on yet.

The rest is small but in the same spirit. Failed document uploads now show a visible warning strip rather than an error only a developer would ever see in the console. A bug that made the desktop sidebar forget whether you'd left it open is fixed. And the main sidebar action is renamed to "Ask Gary," nudging the product voice toward the Gary brand.

So what Nothing here adds capability, but anyone sizing up a half-built legal-AI fork should note a team that would rather tell users the truth than fake a retry.
