cpatpa makes Mike learn who you are before you can use it
A new onboarding gate, a personal-instructions panel, and an editable practice profile turn Mike from a generic tool into one that knows your jurisdictions and how you work.
New users can't slip past a first-login wizard: until they finish it, every page bounces them back. The wizard captures display name, the jurisdictions and practice areas you work in, your sectors, and a timestamped acknowledgement that you understand you're using an AI tool - the whole thing saved in one go and logged as a formal event, so there's a clean record that each user signed off before starting.
From the account page, users get a personal-instructions box that nudges the AI toward their preferences - but it deliberately sits underneath firm-wide and team-wide rules and can't override them. A practice profile panel keeps the onboarding details current, and pick an office and your timezone follows automatically.
