jrklaus8 plugs Mike into Canadian case law

The Canada fork now answers with Canadian case and legislation citations, surfaced right inside the chat.

chat-uiintegration

jrklaus8 has wired the chat front end to a Canada-specific backend, so a question can be sent as an ordinary matter or a tribunal matter and come back with a relevant Canadian case citation shown in its own panel. A second pass adds federal legislation from Justice Canada - the government's official statute source - marked out with its own styling.

The honest caveat: this is early. When a citation points to an external Canadian source, the app can't yet open the underlying document and shows a placeholder instead of the full text. The plumbing for fetching and labelling citations is in place; the document viewer is the gap still to close.

So what Anyone weighing Mike for Canadian practice should look at how citations flow through, but shouldn't expect to read the source documents inside the app yet.
