dulcestentaciones2920-debug makes OrcaRouter a first-class AI gateway

Self-hosted Mike users could soon add OrcaRouter credentials and choose its models as neatly as they do other supported gateways.

integrationinfrastructure

Rather than asking firms to hand-configure another generic AI endpoint, this proposal gives OrcaRouter a proper place in Mike's bring-your-own-key settings. OrcaRouter is a service that routes requests across AI models and providers.

  • Model discovery: users can browse OrcaRouter's authenticated model catalogue after adding a key.
  • Consistent choice: selected models work through the same settings flow across the web product and Word add-in.
  • Deployment control: self-hosted teams can supply credentials through their environment and point traffic through a proxy if required.
  • Gateway protections: OrcaRouter presents routing, failover, monitoring and controls for AI tool use behind its endpoint.

The work also includes checks that the new provider, model selection and key storage behave as intended.

So what Legal teams running Mike themselves should care if they want another governed route to a broad model catalogue without turning provider setup into a bespoke technical project.
