open-legal-products gives Mike a more coherent working surface
Mike's web app and Word add-in now share the same visual rules, making the product feel more consistent across everyday legal work.
The maintainers have consolidated the product's glass-like interface treatment into a small set of shared surface styles. That means tables, sidebars, forms, menus, chat overlays, sign-in screens and workflow views can use consistent depth, borders and feedback when a user hovers, selects or presses something.
- Dark mode now reaches more of the document, citation, highlight, spreadsheet and chat experience.
- Appearance controls have a dedicated settings area.
- Citation verification uses a more accessible popover, improving keyboard-friendly review.
This is not a new legal capability, but it reduces the visual friction that accumulates when lawyers move between drafting, research, review and chat. It also gives Mike a firmer interface foundation for future product changes.
