open-legal-products gives Mike's Assistant workflows a usable front door

Named shortcuts and a consistent folder experience make the core legal-AI workspace easier to shape around everyday work.

workflowknowledge-management

Mike's Assistant workflows now support editable, named shortcuts rather than a generic action bar. Teams can add, revise or remove those prompts, install sensible defaults, and hide the shortcut bar when it does not suit their practice.

  • Assistant shortcuts: save recurring prompts as clearer, editable starting points for common work.
  • Consistent folders: browse documents, templates, projects and workflow materials through the same nested-folder experience, including breadcrumbs and empty-folder views.
  • Word add-in parity: find, upload and organise material using the same directory model without leaving Word.
  • Clearer Assistant activity: see chat titles sooner and open referenced document events directly.

The accompanying interface cleanup also makes navigation, account controls and document side panels more predictable across the product.

So what Legal teams building repeatable Assistant-led workflows should care because this reduces friction between finding matter materials and starting the right piece of work.
