ranade-oss makes production releases check Ontario's legal sources live
A release can now be blocked by the current state of Ontario e-Laws and Justice Laws, not an old health report.
The fork fixes a bad ordering problem in its production gate: a stale report could stop a release before the system had even checked the live legal sources. Now, when public promotion is requested, it observes those sources first and qualifies the release against that fresh result.
- The production check uses a current, sanitized source-health report.
- A degraded source or missing report still blocks promotion.
- Every qualification report is retained, with provider-level reasons when a release is blocked.
Local checks keep using the saved report by default, so routine development remains predictable.
