Edu-Carone-SA restores admin access and untangles a production routing clash
Two reported production failures had locked out administrators and sent browser pages to the wrong service.
Edu-Carone-SA has addressed both problems, with checks showing an administrator can sign in again and reach an active admin profile.
- Administrator access: the team reset a rotated authentication credential and documented a repeatable recovery process.
- Page versus API traffic: the cloud load balancer now uses the browser's request type to send page visits to the web app while retaining protected API behaviour for data requests.
The live routing rules were changed directly and still need to be brought back into the project's infrastructure records. A future route redesign is planned to remove the overlap entirely.
