tksuns12 teaches Mike to speak other languages

A groundwork pass to make every screen translatable, without touching a single link.

tksuns12 pulled all the English copy out of Mike's interface - roughly 85 screens and 671 individual phrases across the assistant, projects, documents, tabular reviews and account areas - and moved it into a central catalog that a translator could swap out. Language choice is stored as a preference on the account, so existing links and bookmarks keep working exactly as before; there's no separate URL per language.

Two nice touches: adding a new language is meant to be trivial (register it and drop in one file), and the setup is wired so the build itself fails if any screen references a phrase the catalog doesn't have - a guard against copy silently going missing as the product changes. Only English shipped, so this is scaffolding rather than a live translation. The work was closed after a few weeks without merging, with the automated checks passing but the hands-on language-switching test left unverified.
