chore: strip finance workflows, rebrand to Inquilino
- Remove all built-in workflows (CP Checklist, Credit Summary, SHA Summary) - Rename package names mike → inquilino - Update layout metadata, site logo, README - Update .env.example bucket name - Retain generic app shell (upload, chat, tabular review)
