fix: use correct Bedrock model IDs with inference profile format
Bedrock requires full inference profile IDs with date stamps (us.anthropic.claude-sonnet-4-20250514-v1:0). Opus is not yet available on Bedrock, removed from model picker. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
