Summary: Documentation-only handoff PR. Rewrites the GaryOSS handoff, architecture, roadmap, and deployment status docs; adds detailed deployment and Railway backend setup guides; updates README doc links. Captures verified repo facts, PR history through #19, current frontend/backend deployment state, Railway settings, env var tables, smoke tests, known blockers, security guardrails, next recommended PRs, and a copy/paste New Conversation Handoff. Validation: inspected package scripts, env examples, Wrangler/OpenNext config, backend entrypoint, nixpacks, backend env reads, current docs, and first-parent git history. Ran git diff --cached --check. Build/lint intentionally not run because this is documentation-only. Non-doc/source changes: none; only README and docs changed.
