Syd OS: add flagship Litigation Case Assessment (PH) assistant workflow
Methodology-driven, risk-rated case assessment (snapshot, claims/defenses, elements & evidence mapping, evidence map, procedural posture & deadlines, risk table, strengths/vulnerabilities, next steps).
