Harvest Beaver-authored documents as LAB deliverables
Attempt-01 showed Beaver answers document tasks by calling library_create_docx and confirming in 148 chars of chat text; exporting that text as the deliverable graded the confirmation, not the memo. Now doc_created SSE events are collected, the created files are downloaded through the real /single-documents API, and answer-text export is the fallback only.
