test: cut backend suites down to useful coverage; matrix entries for new fixtures
Consolidates downloadTokens, llmModels, safeError, and storage suites to the assertions that catch real regressions; sourceDocFixtures matrix now derives its inventory from the fixture directory and covers the seven limitation and honest-performance fixtures.
