Probe: neither mammoth nor pandoc renders composite auto-number labels
Fixture DOCX numbered purely via w:numPr: mammoth drops numbers entirely (bare nested ol/li); pandoc emits markdown ordinals that restart per level, so the rendered label a cross-reference names never appears in either output.
