standsForProfile gains authority/banded_recency/flat_recency ordering (same candidate set, same gates - only rank moves); runner crosses policies over case cells of attested arms with per-cell receipts (rank_policy, attested_offer, quoted_attested_rank, conclusion_alienness, schema v3) and resume keys extended with policy. temporalOrderInversion rejects active-voice impossible orders from neutral-citation years; bounce-time alienness advisory names corpus-alien phrasing on rejections that already happened (advisory only, per registration). 12 new unit vectors.
