Stage 15 registration: retrieval overhaul + passage-retriever wiring
Adapter takes --retriever passage with chunk/weight config recorded per row and in the resume key. Offline ablation over 776 tests picked t1600/o120/w16: doc recall 0.50 to 0.99, char recall 0.021 to 0.29 vs the doc-level baseline. Confirm run pre-registered: sol@medium on the Stage 14 cells, frozen invariants that precision survives coverage.
