full sweep before/after: ledger row 11 + rerun summaries
Rerun over the whole local A2AJ corpus with the vet-driven fixes
(dbb7b355 structure, 6ae6d330 laws) landed:
cases fail 14.13% -> 10.35%; none 10.74% -> 8.46% (7,530 docs
converted to paragraphs); narrow flags 3.38% -> 1.88%;
endnotes/pages shares unchanged; 2.37 MB/s (fixes cost no
throughput)
laws fail 14.0% -> 1.51%; recovery_mean 0.8254 -> 0.9613
(n=34,107, single_instrument pseudo-labels excluded);
NT/PE sets 0.03-0.11 -> 0.985-0.996
journals circular page scoring gone; provider_metadata kind,
grammar-entry rates only, 0 fail
results/full summaries committed (summaries only, per the smoke
convention). Ledger row 11 carries the full table and commit trail.
