Stage 18 arm D amendment: dense backend to 3080 Ti, Qwen3-Embedding-4B
CPU bge-base run killed twice for machine load; per Eli, the dense eval moves to the desktop GPU over Tailscale with the strongest embedder that fits 12 GB. Gates, arms, and pool machinery unchanged; no results were observed under the old backend.
