feat: bind required_authorities scoring; scoring-2
A required authority counts as used when its source or an acceptable alternative for the same proposition is cited. Proposition accuracy stays with adjudication; pinpoints_valid stays unscored rather than faking pinpoint extraction from free text. Verified by re-scoring the saved live CAN-RETRIEVAL-001 outputs: both arms pass via SRC-001.
