tests: pin clauseChunkText contract (tiling, packing, oversize split, joints, fallback, index identity)
The clause-skeleton chunker shipped with the Stage 15/16 retrieval overhaul measured (+82% maud rel lexical R@4) but untested. Pins: spans tile with starts only at clause boundaries; whole clauses pack to target; a >2x-target clause subdivides without overlap; Section / ARTICLE / dotted / (a) / (iv) joints recognized; <3 joints falls back to chunkText; mode is part of the sidecar index identity.
