Keep qwen thinking on; retry transient ollama network failures
The verifier-loop caller now retries fetch failures (3 attempts, linear backoff) and reports error.cause, and no longer sets think:false - the models are measured with their reasoning intact per the experiment's fairness rule; structured output rides the format channel.
