feat: beaver-can dev tasks CAN-REVIEW-001 and CAN-CONTEXT-002 (provisional gold pending human review)
Synthetic-review task (MSA draft-vs-executed with seeded identifiers) and a second long-thread task (superseded employment summary), both validating end to end through loadBeaverCanTaskDir and checkBeaverCanGold.
