Clause-skeleton chunk mode: spans snap to clause/section starts
Per Eli: chunk contracts into a skeleton prior to retrieval like A2AJ paragraphs - retrieval unit = citable unit. clauseChunkText packs whole clauses to target size, subdividing only clauses over 2x target; auto-falls back to character mode under 3 clause starts. Gold ablation, lexical @4: maud R 0.049 to 0.089 (+82% rel), cuad 0.184 to 0.262, contractnli flat, privacy_qa -0.02 (weak numbering; density- gated auto-mode is the follow-up). Sidecar params v3.
