chore: ignore deployment-local compose override and connector record (#1)

A self-hosted install leaves two files in the repository root that describe
that single deployment: `docker-compose.override.yml` and, once Microsoft 365
is configured, `.microsoft365-deployment.json`. Neither was ignored, so a
routine `git add -A` on a server would commit one install's ports, image ids
and tenant wiring into a shared repository.
