Fix metadata leak and paragraph spacing in legal side panel
- Fix uitspraak/conclusie regex to match tags with attributes (e.g. id="..."), preventing fallback to full XML which leaked Dublin Core metadata into the displayed text - When fallback is unavoidable, strip known metadata elements first - Remove prose-p:my-2 override (was shrinking default spacing); use prose-p:mb-4 for more breathing room between paragraphs - Increase heading top margins for clearer section separation https://claude.ai/code/session_016JxWnFc3baeDgkzDgxY6ex
