Modifications on top of upstream 8b3466f (2026-09-08): - Inference defaults point at an OpenAI-compatible gateway via the Ollama provider (OLLAMA_BASE_URL / OLLAMA_API_KEY); speech models hidden. - Google sign-in off by default. - docker-compose.yml pulls published images; docker-compose.build.yml builds from source; frontend image build fixed (word-addin sources in context). - In-app update check and one-click update: /system/update API, Settings > Updates, sidebar notice. Applied by an updater sidecar reached at http://updater:8085 (contract in docs/superpowers/specs/). - Release workflow builds application images to GHCR. - docs/adminless-fork.md describes how the fork is developed and released.
